I became a therapist out of a deep respect for the complexity of the human experience. As a first-generation American with immigrant parents, I understand how culture, identity, responsibility, and family expectations shape the way we move through the world — often in ways we don’t fully name until we’re overwhelmed. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and identity-related concerns. My work is especially supportive for women across different life stages, individuals from BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, and those carrying the emotional weight of caregiving or first-generation experiences. I work well with individuals who are navigating high levels of responsibility while seeking greater clarity, balance, and emotional alignment. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
