I became a therapist out of a deep respect for the complexity of the human experience. As a first-generation American with immigrant parents, I understand how culture, identity, responsibility, and family expectations shape the way we move through the world—often in ways we don’t fully recognize until we feel overwhelmed. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relational stress, with a focus on perinatal mental health and supporting women across different life stages. My work is especially meaningful for individuals from BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, as well as those carrying the emotional weight of caregiving, high responsibility, or first-generation experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in both insight and practical tools. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, C-DBT), I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation, strengthen boundaries, and improve communication, while also creating space for deeper healing and self-understanding. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
