Introduction

Hi, I’m Kashaunda 'Nikki' Joyner, MSW, RCSWI, and founder of Trust the Process Counseling & Coaching. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, a Master’s degree in Social Work, and currently hold an active intern status as a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern. With over 6 years of clinical experience supporting children, teens, and adults in school settings and community mental health/outpatient settings. I provide therapeutic counseling and coaching for teens (13+), adults, and professionals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, grief, and life transitions. I meet clients where they are, offering support that’s affirming, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I take an integrative approach that blends evidence-based therapy, treatment planning, coaching, and therapeutic strategies to help you move forward. Our work together will focus on understanding your story, strengthening self-awareness, and helping you find balance in mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're working through a tough season or seeking growth, you don’t have to do it alone. Healing takes time, but together, we’ll trust the process.
