I'm a Licensed Psychotherapist and doctoral student and researcher dedicated to bridging rigorous evidence-based practice with holistic, human-centered care. As a first-generation scholar, I founded Kinetic Balance Collective to create a space where clinical science meets integrative wellness. My work is deeply rooted in Relational-Cultural Therapy, a framework emphasizing the transformative power of connection, particularly with Black and Brown communities, where culturally responsive and scientifically grounded care is essential. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and women's health across the lifespan, including prenatal and postpartum support. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, offering telehealth sessions, paneled with most major insurances.
