Introduction

I am a Licensed Psychologist dedicated to helping adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and other issues. Taking the first step into therapy can be the beginning of feeling heard, supported, and more at ease in your everyday life. I use an integrative therapeutic approach that blends psychodynamic principles with cognitive-behavioral techniques to support healthy coping, improved daily functioning, and positive change. In our sessions, I use guided inquiry and gentle observation, while supporting the development of insight and practical skills.
