Introduction

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and private practice owner based in Nesconset, New York. I work with people who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship stress, life transitions, or difficulties with self-esteem and emotional regulation. Many come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, struggling to manage intense emotions, or wanting a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Therapy with me is focused not only on symptom relief, but also on building insight, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, process difficult emotions, and work toward meaningful and lasting change. If you’re considering therapy, I welcome you to reach out to see if we may be a good fit. Please email me or visit my website to schedule.
