Introduction

You’re functioning, but something doesn’t feel right, and you want to understand why. You may look like you're doing okay from the outside, while internally you're overwhelmed, overthinking, questioning yourself, or struggling to feel connected to the life and relationships you want. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and begin making meaningful change. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in working with teens and adults who want to explore their relationships, careers, family, independence, identity, and futures. My treatment approach is integrative and grounded in your individual experiences, needs, and goals. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-informed approaches. Clients often describe me as gentle, curious, and accepting. I bring a warm, nonjudgmental presence to our work together, approaching each person’s inner world with genuine curiosity and compassion.
