Kassandra is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in San Diego, California. Kassandra works with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She is dedicated to creating a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey. Kassandra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Merced, and a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of San Diego. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan and has developed a particular passion for helping children and adolescents navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges while building resilience and confidence. Kassandra takes an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs and goals. She incorporates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), mindfulness-based interventions, and art therapy to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
