One of my favorite ways to think about therapy is as a form of translation. Our minds often speak in their own language through emotions, patterns, memories, and reactions that don't always make immediate sense. Together, we'll work to translate those experiences into something clearer, helping you understand yourself in a way that feels meaningful and aligned with your values. I value learning from every client and growing in how I show up as a therapist so that our work together feels collaborative, respectful, and authentic. My focus is providing trauma-informed care along with DBT, ACT and solution-focused approaches. I like to work with a diverse range of individuals, couples and families and meeting each client where they are. We can work through past experiences, current concerns or preparing for future challenges and transitions. My goal is to make our work together collaborative, tailoring my approach in session to your needs and goals. Therapy is more than talking to someone with an outside perspective. It's an opportunity to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the experiences that have shaped you. Whether you're hoping to better understand yourself, navigate a difficult season, or simply just a safe space to feel freely, I'd love the opportunity to walk alongside you.
