Hello and welcome! If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, carrying the weight of stress, or struggling with the effects of past experiences, you're not alone. Many of the clients I work with describe feeling stuck, exhausted, or constantly waiting for the next challenge to appear. Together, we create a space where you can better understand what you're experiencing, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward lasting relief. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help guide the process with curiosity, support, and evidence-based tools. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Somatic interventions to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. I hold a Doctorate in Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and have worked in the mental health field for 9 years. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your healing journey. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, listening to audiobooks, and exploring new coffee shops.
