Introduction

Hello, and welcome. I believe healing rarely happens in a straight line. Like the changing seasons or a sunset that unfolds one color at a time, growth often comes in small moments that are easy to overlook until you realize how far you've come. As a therapist, I offer a space where you don't have to have it all figured out. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, getting curious about your experiences, honoring your strengths, and making room for the parts of yourself that have been carrying more than they should. My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and rooted in the belief that lasting change doesn't come from striving for perfection; it comes from learning to work with yourself rather than against yourself. My primary focus is working with trauma and helping people understand how past experiences can shape the way they move through the world today. Whether you're living with the effects of childhood trauma, difficult relationships, grief, anxiety, or major life transitions, therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself, make sense of your story, and discover new ways of moving forward. For those navigating substance use or co-occurring mental health concerns, I practice from a harm reduction perspective. I believe in meeting people where they are, without judgment or unrealistic expectations. Together, we'll focus on what matters most to you, celebrate progress in all its forms, and build practical, sustainable changes that support your goals and your well-being. Outside of the therapy spaces, I'm a mom, I train with my therapy dog, and find joy in simple rituals like cooking a meal from scratch or watching the sky change at sunset. Those quiet moments remind me that healing doesn't always arrive in big breakthroughs, sometimes it shows up in taking one deep breath, sharing an honest conversation, or noticing a little more light than you did the day before. I'm honored to walk alongside people as they reconnect with themselves, embrace their resilience, and grow into the healthiest version of who they already are.
