Hi, I’m Kassie Thierauf (she/her), and I’m passionate about helping people live more authentically and build meaningful connections. I became a therapist because I believe in the power of understanding ourselves and forming deep relationships. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and centered around creating a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with confidence, negative relationship patterns, or social anxiety. Whether you’re feeling stuck in self-doubt, disconnected from your values, or caught in unhelpful patterns, I’m here to support you. I also work with couples looking to strengthen their relationships, navigate conflict, and rediscover connection. I draw from a person-centered approach, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work. I am trained in levels 1 and 2 of Lifespan Integration as well as EFT (Level 1) and the Gottman Method (Levels 1 and 2). My goal is to help you build self-understanding, increase self-compassion, and form healthier, more fulfilling connections. Therapy can be a powerful journey toward growth and healing! Whether you’re looking to enhance your relationship or deepen your relationship with yourself, I would love to support you on your path. Let’s work together to help you thrive!
