Introduction

You can be self-aware and still feel stuck. I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, parenting, family dynamics, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with have already spent time reflecting on themselves and understanding where their patterns come from, but still find themselves overthinking conversations, people-pleasing, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling responsible for keeping the peace. I help clients move beyond simply understanding these patterns and begin actively changing them. Together, we explore how past experiences, attachment, family dynamics, and learned relationship patterns may be influencing the way you show up today. Our work may focus on breaking generational cycles, strengthening boundaries, improving emotional regulation and communication, building self-trust, and developing healthier relationships with yourself and others. I also have a special interest in working with non-birthing parents, cycle breakers, and individuals navigating family-of-origin challenges. You may be trying to parent differently than you were parented, questioning roles or expectations you grew up with, navigating complicated relationships with family members, or realizing that patterns you once relied on are no longer working for you. Therapy can provide a space to explore these experiences while deciding what you want to carry forward and what you are ready to change. I support clients through life transitions and periods of adjustment, including entering adulthood, relationship changes, marriage or divorce, becoming or adjusting to being a parent, career changes, shifting friendships, changing family roles, moving, and redefining your identity or what you want for the next stage of your life. My approach is honest, direct, collaborative, and depth-oriented. Therapy with me goes beyond symptom management. We will name the patterns keeping you stuck, understand where they come from, and work toward meaningful change. I am an engaged therapist who will support you while also challenging you when it can help you grow.
