I love getting to work with clients to build context and congruence of their story, and seeing the compassion for self and others that unlocks when doing so. Whatever goals you may bring into therapy, my desire is to support you in meeting those goals as a warm, compassionate guide. Through an attachment-based approach informed by IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), I can help you build greater self-awareness, compassion, and connection. While I don’t offer Christian counseling, I’m comfortable integrating faith into the therapeutic process if it feels meaningful to you.
