Hello! I'm a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a marriage and family therapist associate supervised by Diana Walla, MS, LPC-S, LMFT-S. I work with adult individuals, couples, and families in Texas. Do you feel stuck? Are you struggling with big emotions or painful memories? Are relationships a challenge? I primarily work with adult individuals and couples who want to feel better and experience more connection with the people in their lives. Many of my clients struggle with developmental trauma or difficult families, so we use Internal Family Systems (IFS Certified) and/or brainspotting to get to help them make big changes. I'm also trained in IFIO and specialize in working with blended families. By getting to know the many parts of yourself, you, too, can undo old patterns and let go of the past.
