Introduction

I know it takes courage to sit down and talk honestly about the parts of your life and relationships that feel painful, confusing, or stuck. I'm not here to tell you what you should do or reduce a complicated situation to a simple answer. Instead, I help you understand what's actually happening, name the patterns keeping you stuck, and be honest about what I see. As a couple and family therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, family conflict, attachment issues, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and burnout. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to say the hard things—because meaningful growth usually starts when we can look clearly at what's really going on. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
