Have you been struggling to understand your emotions, find peace with food and your body, or get rid of anxiety and guilt? Through encouragement and empowerment, we will work to reduce and heal from the challenges you face. Having supported a wide variety of clients, I am passionate about working with both men and women to find and maintain freedom from their eating disorder and co-occurring disorders by gently confronting barriers, building on strengths, and challenging unhelpful relational and thought patterns. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree from James Madison University. It is never too late to seek help and make change.
