Introduction

I specialize in working with individuals in their 20-30s facing anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, C-PTSD, depression, and life transitions. We will get to know your story and work together to create goals that are aligned with the changes you are hoping to see in your own life. I encourage you to reach out for your free consultation if you are curious about what working with me may look like so we can talk more over phone or zoom! I offer virtual therapy services in New York State. I utilize an integrative approach to counseling using Relational, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems Theory (IFS), DBT and Person-Centered, theories. Based on how our relationship develops, I will pull from these theories to best support our work together. Through these modalities, I can help you better understand yourself and how you show up in your relationships in order to make changes and meet your goals. Sharing your life with a stranger can feel vulnerable, risky, and uncertain. My goal is to help you feel, heard, seen, and empowered in the counseling space. I look forward to working with you!
