I enjoy working with young adults and adults. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and ADHD. For the first few sessions, we will discuss your history and the impact it has on your day to day life. We will then discuss various approaches to help you feel better, and together, we will develop a treatment plan to help you reach realistic goal. We will utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, with healthy and effective techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT); emphasizing coping skills to help you better manage difficult emotions. Collaboration and referrals to a Psychiatrist can be provided when medication management is needed. The fit between a client and therapist is essential for a successful therapeutic relationship.
