Introduction

Do you feel overwhelmed by your emotions or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change? Maybe anxiety, stress, or relationship challenges keep showing up in ways that make it hard to move forward. Or perhaps becoming pregnant, adjusting to life after having a baby, or navigating fertility or postpartum changes has brought up emotions you weren’t expecting. I help people learn how to better understand and regulate their emotions so they can respond to life with more clarity and confidence. My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and authentic. I want therapy to be a place where you can be honest about what’s hard while also learning ways to make everyday life feel easier. In our work together, we’ll slow things down and look at the patterns that may be keeping you stuck—while also building practical tools that make a real difference outside of session. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate things on your own. If you live in New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Virginia and are open to telehealth sessions, I’d be happy to connect to talk more, answer any questions you may have, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
