Introduction

I'm a licensed psychotherapist with practices in Arizona and Utah, and my work centers on the people and communities I care most about: the LGBTQIA+ community, people navigating ethical non-monogamy, entrepreneurs, and anyone seeking psychedelic integration therapy. I'm an EMDR Approved Consultant, trained in MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy through MAPS and CIIS, and I incorporate Ketamine-Assisted Therapy into my work with clients. Perinatal mental health is close to my heart too — I'm a vocal advocate for better psychiatric care around PMDD and postpartum depression, because I believe people deserve real answers during some of the most vulnerable seasons of life. My path into relationship therapy started at the Kinsey Institute, studying sexuality and gender, but it really came alive once I started organizing in my local queer and non-monogamous communities. That experience led me to co-create Southwest Love Fest, a conference on ethical non-monogamy, relationships, identity, and community. I'm also the author of Polyamory Journal: A Relationship Book, a contributing author to Queering Psychedelics, and my newest book is the Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Treatment Companion. At the end of the day, I want the people I work with to feel truly seen — in their identities, their relationships, and their whole selves.
