You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, or maybe you’re functioning on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside. Therapy can be a place to slow down, foster curiosity, and begin to feel more grounded and hopeful again. I work with teens and adults (16+) who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I have a particular interest in helping young men who are trying to find their footing in a rapidly changing world, as well as women of all ages facing transitions that challenge their sense of identity, purpose, or direction. My therapeutic approach is rooted in an integrative psychodynamic framework that places the individual at the center of their healing journey. I believe in fostering a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore the depths of their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. If you’re considering therapy, reaching out can feel like a big step. I welcome the opportunity to connect and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
