Introduction

Are you wanting to see change in your life but finding yourself in the same cycles? My hope is to offer a space of belonging and healing for those that feel lost, disconnected, and brokenhearted. In a seemingly connected world never have I seen such a pandemic of loneliness and disconnection. My approach is to help you break patterns by offering safety, curiosity, honesty, humor, and compassion. I have experience in treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma related disorders, addiction, attachment issues, OCD, adjustment/life transitions, grief, and relationship issues. Together we will explore your story, the narratives you have come to believe, and the patterns you find yourself repeating. I want to support and encourage you in disrupting these patterns using various interventions including DBT, CBT, EMDR, ACT, Narrative therapy, IFS parts work, CBT-Insomnia, experiential therapy, and creative expression. I also offer a Christian faith-based approach for those that want to explore their spiritual life or have experienced religious trauma. After 20 years in the mental health field I have seen from experience that “if you change nothing, nothing changes.” I offer a therapeutic space to explore your story, validate your experiences, and prompt new ways of thinking, engaging with self, and interacting with others. Connection is the opposite of suffering and healing happens in our mind, body, and spirit. If this sounds like a good fit I would love to do a 20-minute consultation to see if we are a good match.
