Introduction

Hi! My name is Kate Rey (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with children, teens, and families. As a mental health therapist specializing in helping struggling families, I am passionate about treating children ages 3 and up through child-centered play therapy, CBT, ERP, sand tray, and other expressive therapies. Because I understand that therapy is a team effort and that you are the expert on your child, I also offer parent coaching and consulting. I am trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), which is a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related issues. I am not accepting insurance at this time; however, I can provide a SuperBill that you can provide your insurance company to seek reimbursement using Out of Network benefits. Also, if you prefer, Mentaya can handle the claims process for a small fee (5%). Please reach out if you have any questions about using using your benefits or need help with the reimbursement process.
