Introduction

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with children, teens, and parents. Through compassionate, evidence-based play therapy for children ages 3 and up, along with personalized parent coaching, I empower families with practical tools, deeper understanding, and lasting strategies that create meaningful change. Clients I typically see are: ~Children who are struggling with tantrums, anxiety, OCD, aggression, low self esteem, negative self talk, recurring toileting difficulties, bedtime fear, regulating their bodies, and more. ~Teens who are struggling with identity, self esteem, perfection, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, peer relationships, and/or family relationships. ~Parents/guardians who are overwhelmed and desire to gain tools and skills for helping their children/teens with anxiety and OCD. I have chosen to remain out-of-network with insurance for many reasons; however, a Superbill is available for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance. I also offer a sliding scale and many families use their HSA. ~When you are ready to begin your journey, you can click 'Contact' at the top of the page. I am also happy to answer any questions by email at katereylcsw@therapysecure.com.~
