I’m an LPC-Associate who earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. I work with adults and couples navigating relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma, and I have a particular interest in supporting trauma survivors. My goal is to create a space where clients feel truly seen, understood, and supported as they work toward healing and meaningful change. My counseling style is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I’m direct but gentle, value curiosity and open-ended conversations, and believe clients deserve the space to process confusing or overwhelming thoughts and emotions at their own pace. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating humanistic and trauma-informed perspectives, including exploring how childhood experiences continue to shape present-day patterns. When working with couples, I take a hands-on approach using Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and restore emotional and physical intimacy. Therapy with me is always collaborative, and we will only explore topics or complete between-session work that feels comfortable and aligned with your goals.
