I believe in reducing the stigma around mental health and empowering people to support themselves and live authentically. I support individuals both adults and children with developmental disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, depression, other learning disabilities, and those with life stressors/adjustment disorders. I strive to create a safe space where you feel truly heard, empowered, and supported whether you're navigating challenges or celebrating the wins. This is a judgment-free zone where you can be your full self: creative, serious, silly, reflective—whatever you need at the moment. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, grounded in empathy and relationship-building. I believe you know yourself best, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward a more mindful and fulfilling life.
