As a nonbinary LGBTQ+ therapist serving Fort Collins and online across Colorado, I work closely with LGBTQ+ and multicultural clients. Together, we create a warm, affirming space where we can slow things down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin building clarity, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of self. We all carry experiences that can feel heavy or hard to process. Together, we gently explore what’s been weighing on us while building tools to support change. Using mindfulness-based therapy (MBCT), EMDR, and emotion regulation skills, we work toward feeling more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more confident navigating life.
