Introduction

I specialize in supporting adults with ADHD, LGBTQIA+ folx, and trauma survivors, who are navigating challenges including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationships, chronic burn out, C-PTSD, and chronic illness. I am dedicated to providing an affirming, nonjudgemental space where all parts of you are welcome. My intention is to empower clients in fostering deep-rooted growth and meaningful transformation. My framework blends humor, curiosity, compassion, art therapy, parts work (IFS), systems theory, somatic therapy, EMDR, and DBT through a trauma-informed lens. I utilize holistic care principles such as restorative energy practice, cultivating genuine connections, and nurturing overall wellness of your body and mind. In our collaborative sessions we will work towards rediscovering and honoring your voice, breaking free from patterns that contribute to feeling overwhelmed or stuck, and unapologetically prioritizing your needs. Together, we will explore personalized strategies to support you in transforming your unique goals into reality.
