With over 20 years of experience in school, residential, outpatient, and community mental health settings, Kate brings a gentle yet deeply informed approach to her work. She supports adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. Kate has extensive experience working with youth who have engaged in problematic sexual behaviors and are learning how to rebuild trust, restore safety, and move forward with self-awareness and compassion. Kate also works closely with individuals going through identity exploration, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. She has a special place in her heart for supporting fellow human service professionals facing burnout, compassion fatigue, or secondary trauma—reminding them that it’s okay to ask for help, too.
