Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology, and I work with adolescents, young adults, athletes, and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, identity, injury, burnout, relationship stress, and life transitions. I was drawn to this work through my own experience as a competitive athlete. I grew up in the club soccer system, later competed at the Division I level, and experienced how quickly sport can become tied to pressure, expectations, injury, and identity. That continues to shape the way I work, especially with clients who are used to pushing through and holding themselves to very high standards. My approach is collaborative, curious, and practical. I often integrate ACT, Motivational Interviewing, IFS/parts work, DBT, EMDR, and nervous-system regulation, along with sport and performance psychology when helpful. I’m especially interested in helping clients understand the patterns underneath what they are experiencing, build more trust in themselves, and develop tools that actually translate into daily life. Whether you are struggling with pressure in sport, recovering from an injury, navigating a transition, or simply noticing that the way you have always pushed through things is no longer working, my goal is to help you better understand what is happening and figure out what may help next.
