Introduction

Many of my clients are high achievers who feel exhausted by the pressure to hold it all together. They may be navigating anxiety, trauma, injury, perfectionism, burnout, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from who they once were. I work with adolescents, adults, athletes, and performers who are ready to move beyond surviving and begin living with greater purpose, confidence, and authenticity. Together, we'll process what's holding you back, reconnect with your strengths, and cultivate the resilience, self-trust, and clarity needed to build a life that feels aligned with your values—not just your achievements. I integrate EMDR, IFS, ACT, polyvagal-informed care, art therapy, sandtray, and experiential approaches to support meaningful, empowered healing. I also offer outdoor sessions—including walking, hiking, or sport-specific therapy—to deepen insight, strengthen distress tolerance, and help clients reconnect with themselves through both mind and body. You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to change, therapy can be a place to feel understood, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the life you want. If my approach resonates with you, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
