Introduction

Ever find yourself wondering how your past relationships and family dynamics might be shaping your life today? Maybe you’ve noticed certain patterns repeating themselves, or you sense that something from earlier in life is still influencing how you feel, relate, or move through the world. You may be curious about what it would be like to live with more presence, awareness, and authenticity—to feel more at home in yourself and your relationships. If any of this resonates, you’re in the right place. Whether you’re dealing with the effects of past trauma, relationship difficulties, or simply seeking personal growth, I offer a supportive and collaborative space to explore what’s getting in the way of living with greater ease and intention. Healing and change are possible, and they don’t have to be rushed or overwhelming. Therapy can be meaningful without being emotionally intense. Using a holistic, mind–body-informed approach, I help individuals understand how early relational experiences shape the nervous system and continue to influence patterns of connection, self-protection, and self-understanding. Together, we focus on building awareness, capacity, and choice—so that new ways of relating to yourself and others can emerge naturally. Our work may include talk therapy, gentle somatic (body-based) practices, and mindfulness-based approaches, always guided by your pace and what feels manageable for you. Rather than pushing for insight or emotional intensity, we prioritize safety, regulation, and self-trust, allowing deeper work to unfold when it is useful and supportive. I believe healing happens in relationship. I am committed to creating a non-judgmental, steady, and compassionate therapeutic environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity rather than pressure. Working collaboratively, we can support greater resilience, self-awareness, and self-compassion—so life feels more workable and more connected. Is This the Right Fit for You? I offer a steady, non-judgmental approach to therapy that prioritizes safety, choice, and nervous system regulation. This work is often a good fit for people who want to understand themselves more deeply while also respecting their own limits and pace. Therapy with me does not require emotional intensity or revisiting the past before you’re ready. If you’re looking for a supportive, collaborative process rather than quick solutions or pressure to “go deep,” you may find this approach helpful. Let’s take the first step.
