I became a therapist because I believe meaningful change happens when people feel seen, supported, and understood. My approach is grounded in helping individuals make sense of their experiences and build skills that fit who they are—not who they’re told they should be. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients through anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, parenting concerns, and stress related to family dynamics and caregiving. I have a particular interest in helping families and individuals navigate developmental differences, identity growth, and the impact of unmet expectations. In therapy, I strive to create a space that feels both safe and structured, where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace. I use developmentally appropriate, practical strategies and tailor my approach to each stage of life—whether that means play- and skills-based work with children, supportive and insight-oriented therapy with adolescents, or collaborative problem-solving with adults. My goal is to help clients build confidence, resilience, and understanding, while strengthening relationships and fostering lasting, meaningful change.
