Walk & Talk Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that combines movement with meaningful conversation. Instead of sitting in a traditional office setting, sessions take place while walking in a calm, outdoor environment or in a private, comfortable space that supports both physical movement and emotional processing. This approach can be especially helpful for individuals who feel more at ease opening up while moving, or who benefit from integrating mind-body awareness into their healing process. Movement has been shown to support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and create a more natural flow in conversation. Walk & Talk sessions are ideal for individuals navigating anxiety, overthinking, stress, life transitions, or feeling “stuck.” It offers a less formal, more relaxed alternative to traditional therapy while still maintaining the same clinical depth and support. All sessions are conducted as psychotherapy and include a discussion of confidentiality, safety, and environmental considerations prior to beginning. This service is offered as a private-pay option and is not billed through insurance. However, I do sliding scale.
