Welcome, I'm glad you're here. If you're tired of being tired, stuck in patterns of people pleasing, perfecting, or performing, or realizing you get small in relationships, you're in the right place. These are patterns of survival we learn over time, and our nervous system needs space to reset and heal. I specialize in Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), which helps us understand our inner world through the lens of parts. We all have many parts that have different roles. Some of these roles are healthy and good, and some are burdened and tired. These burdened roles are reflected through anxiety, depression, hypervigilance, poor sleep, overthinking, reactivity, and more. These parts are doing their best, and they need compassion, to be seen, and to have safety to release their old roles. In our work, we bring curiosity to the nervous system through somatic skills, mindfulness, and reflection. We look compassionately at all parts, and learn to have presence with our inner experience.
