"I help young adults and couples navigate anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, and major life transitions so they can feel more confident, connected, and in control of their lives." Katelyn Murray (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned a Master's Degree from Fairfield University. Katelyn first gained experience in the mental health field working on an inpatient psychiatric unit at Silver Hill Hospital. From there, she went on to work in an agency with children, adolescents and families. Through these experiences, Katelyn developed a deep compassion for supporting individuals and couples while recognizing how relationships, family dynamics, and environmental factors shape emotional well-being.
