Therapy is about creating space to reconnect with yourself, understand your emotions and learn to move through life with more clarity and purpose. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where your story is honored, your symptoms are not your identity, and change begins with understanding. I’m especially passionate about supporting first responders, veterans, and their families, as well as young adults building their sense of identity. I also have experience working with caregivers and those navigating grief. I’ve spent much of my career being a mental health advocate with non-profit organizations such as NAMI or Pillars. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My clinical approach is flexible and client-centered. I meet you where you are and tailor my methods to what works best for you—whether that’s building insight, regulating emotion, exploring meaning, or developing practical tools for daily life Whether you can pin point what exactly in your life is making you feel the way you do or you are sitting there really not sure why you are feeling the way you are. You are most definitely not alone in whatever you are feeling. I've been there too and now I am here for you. To help you gain understanding and give you back a sense of control of your emotions.
