My approach to counseling is warm, collaborative, and grounded in self-compassion. I integrate attachment theory, mindfulness, and a mind-body perspective to help you understand how your past and present experiences shape your emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after some time away, my goal is to help you feel deeply seen and supported as you navigate this season of your life.
