I work with individuals who feel stuck in survival mode and want to feel safer, more grounded, and more like themselves again. I’m a therapist, a human, and — admittedly — a bit of a trauma nerd, drawn to this work by a deep curiosity about people and the ways we adapt to survive. Much of my work focuses on understanding how trauma impacts the nervous system, relationships, and sense of self — and how healing can happen without having to relive all of the painful experiences. I believe the ways you’ve learned to cope make sense. In therapy, we honor those protective strategies while gently creating space for what’s next. I specialize in working with trauma survivors navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and relationship patterns that feel hard to change. I also support couples using Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy techniques to strengthen connection and communication. My approach integrates EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems to support healing through both the mind and the body. Together, we work at a pace that feels right — helping you feel more present, more connected, and more at home in yourself.
