Helping men and women who don’t understand what or why they are feeling emotions they can’t seem to control is a focus of my non-judgmental and compassionate style. Several types of therapy are available including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) which is a faster therapy.
