Introduction

As a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience, I provide telehealth therapy for adults seeking meaningful change. Expertise includes trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, caregiver and parenting challenges, and sleep difficulties. Whether you're feeling stuck in a cycle of stress and exhaustion, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you, you don't have to navigate these challenges alone. I help you move out of survival mode and invite more ease, presence, and peace into your life. Together, we'll focus on reshaping patterns, building resilience, and creating space for growth. I have specialized training from the National Center for PTSD, VA hospitals, college counseling centers, and child study centers. While my practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, I view you as the expert of your experience, and honor your story, your values, and your pace. I am licensed in Maine, with Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) from the PSYPACT Commission for clients in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CNMI, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.
