Hi! I'm Katharine Yugo, a licensed Clinical Social Worker and telehealth therapist. I've been in practice since 2019 and I specialize in treating anxiety, PTSD, phobias and fears and supporting people navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, and grief. I especially enjoy working with people who are eldest daughters, people who are neurodivergent, folks who identify as queer, and people who are first or 2nd generation Americans. I consider myself a mutt when it comes to therapy approaches--what my clients want to get out of therapy guides my clinical choices. I've trained extensively in EMDR, behavioral therapies, ERP, Mindfulness, and especially enjoy using creative expression in therapy treatment. Whether you like to write, draw, read, or play games, I'm down to find ways to make therapy feel comfortable--and fun!
