Integrative Counseling and Wellness was founded on the belief that real healing begins with connection—connection to ourselves, to others, and to something deeper. We created this practice to be a place where people feel truly seen, where the spirit is nurtured, and where emotional and mental health are honored as essential parts of whole-person well-being. We take a holistic, integrative approach to mental and behavioral health care—one that values the wisdom of evidence-based counseling alongside intuitive and alternative healing practices. By exploring all dimensions of wellness, we strive to understand the full picture of each person’s needs, strengths, and goals. From this foundation, we work collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans that support lasting growth. Rooted in respect, transparency, and compassion, we are committed to being genuine, supportive, and informative guides in each client’s journey toward healing and self-discovery. At Integrative Counseling and Wellness, we believe meaningful change is possible—and that it begins with being truly seen.
