Introduction

I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. Whether the pain stems from a challenging childhood, painful relationships, or major life transitions, you don’t have to carry it alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in old patterns, tired of surviving and ready to truly heal. As an EMDR trained therapist, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help the brain reprocess painful memories so they lose their intensity. Instead of feeling like the past, these experiences can finally feel in the past, creating space for relief, resilience, and lasting change. EMDR offers a deeper path to healing, one that doesn’t require retelling every detail, but instead works with your brain and body to release what’s been holding you back. My approach is grounded in safety, compassion, and collaboration. Together, we’ll create a supportive space where your whole self is seen and understood. I’ll meet you where you are, bring humor and humanity alongside the hard work, and gently guide you toward greater clarity, confidence, and connection with yourself. Healing is serious work, but it can also include moments of lightness and laughter. I bring over a decade of experience supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Before founding my solo private practice in 2018, I worked in child welfare and community mental health, experiences that shaped my belief that therapy is both an art and a science, blending evidence-based methods with creativity and genuine presence. Currently, I offer telehealth sessions across Massachusetts with a commitment to accessibility, inclusivity, and authenticity. My practice welcomes teens and adults who are ready to begin their healing journey. You’ve already carried so much, for so long. Taking this step is something to be proud of. Healing is possible, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward a life that feels more grounded, supported, and free. 📍 Please note: All sessions are conducted via telehealth. Clients must reside in Massachusetts.
