Introduction

My clients are the ones who look put together on the outside and quietly carry a lot on the inside. Maybe you grew up in a home where you had to be “the strong one,” or you spent years in relationships where you felt unseen or not quite good enough. You might be the person everyone turns to, but when things get quiet you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in old patterns you cannot explain. My style is warm, real, and collaborative. I will not just nod and take notes. I will be in it with you, helping you make sense of your story and practice new ways of being in your life and relationships. I will not just nod and take notes. I will be in it with you, helping you make sense of your story and practice new ways of being in your life and relationships. I specialize in EMDR and trauma-focused therapy for adults who are tired of just coping and want real change. We work with memories, body sensations, and beliefs that feel stuck so your brain can finally process what happened and ease patterns like freezing, people-pleasing, shutting down, or spiraling thoughts. Reaching out for trauma therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you are used to handling everything on your own. You do not have to keep doing it that way. If you are ready to feel more grounded, clear, and at home in yourself, I would be honored to work with you. Please visit my website to submit an appointment request so we can get started.
