Introduction

I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, perinatal parents, and other underserved communities who are facing stress, uncertainty, or identity-related challenges. Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of where they belong in this world. Together, we create a space to process, grown and discover new ways forward. I use a multitude of approaches, to include supportive therapy, some IFS integration, CPT, CBT, and EMDR.
