Life can feel overwhelming when you are trying to balance relationships, school, work, familial expectations and figuring out who you are. It is my goal to create a space where you feel supported and heard. My therapeutic approach is warm and collaborative with an emphasis on strengths-based interventions. I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to understand behavioral patterns, process difficult experiences and build tools and coping strategies that fit into your life. I am passionate about helping you manage intense emotions, heal from past experiences, improve relationships and feel more connected to yourself. I have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD and suicidal ideation in both adolescents and adults. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help increase self-understanding and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges.
