Introduction

I believe meaningful change happens when we are truly seen and understood. My style is flexible, non-pathologizing, and interactive. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in acceptance and validation. I trust your inner wisdom and lived experience, and my role is to be a collaborative partner in your process - compassionately, transparently, and without judgment. I specialize in supporting adult individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression who are seeking a deeper understanding to heal and grow. I have been a therapist since 2007 and hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Level 1 trained Internal Family Systems Therapist. I integrate IFS, EMDR, Mindfulness, Somatic, Psychodynamic, and CBT modalities, tailoring to what feels most supportive to you. If you are committed to self-discovery and wish to cultivate something different for yourself, I invite you to reach out. In our first few sessions, I look forward to getting to know you better and building a connection. I’ll invite you to share what brings you in and ask focused questions to better understand your background and needs. Together, we will be curious- exploring your past experiences, making sense of the present, and tapping into your resilience and strengths to help you discover a unique path forward.
