Introduction

I believe meaningful change happens when we are truly seen and understood. All your parts are welcome, and I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship rooted in acceptance and validation. My style is easygoing, non-pathologizing, and interactive. I trust in your inner wisdom and lived experience, and my role is to be a collaborative witness to your process- with compassion, transparency, and without judgment. I have been working as a therapist for nearly 20 years and am licensed in Arizona, Montana, and Oregon. I mainly support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression who are seeking a deeper connection with themselves to heal and grow. I am a Level I trained Internal Family Systems Therapist, a Certified EMDR Therapist, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Although my approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems, I remain flexible and prioritize what feels most authentic and genuine for you and your unique needs. If you wish for more calm and clarity in your life and want to cultivate new ways of relating to yourself and others, I invite you to reach out. In our first few sessions, I look forward to getting to know you and building trust. You’ll have space to share your story, and I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your background and goals. Then, together, we’ll get curious- helping you explore the impact of past experiences with courage, make sense of the present with confidence, and draw on your resilience and strengths to create a path forward with greater compassion and Self-Leadership.
