Introduction

I am passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves, build emotional resilience, and move toward a life aligned with authenticity and self-compassion. I specialize in working with individuals navigating complex trauma and identity exploration. With over 13 years of experience supporting survivors of sexual violence, trauma, and systemic oppression, I bring a deep sensitivity to the ways trauma impacts both the mind and body. I am a queer identified therapist who has specialized training and experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients, and I provide affirming and inclusive care that honors each client’s lived experience. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore painful experiences, challenge old patterns, and rediscover their strengths. I integrate evidence-based approaches into my work including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness-based practices. My clinical style is collaborative, relational, and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity to heal when given the right support and understanding. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time in my backyard garden, drinking too much coffee, reading poetry, and spending time with my partner and two dogs.
