Introduction

I’ve worked in mental health and substance use treatment since 2014, with a focus on trauma, including work with veterans, first responders, and individuals impacted by incarceration. I have experience supporting clients through PTSD, anger, shame, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, and substance use. My style is warm, direct, and non-judgmental. I use evidence-based approaches—including DBT, CBT, and ACT—to support insight, emotional resilience, and meaningful change. I offer both in-person and virtual appointments. My practice is located in the Goose Hollow neighborhood of Portland.
